Can I visit Trade Services to find out more?
Yes your are more than welcome to visit Trade Services and we offer open days and open evenings throughout the year.

When could I start?
As soon as we receive a deposit of £200 we will send out the home study pack. We advise that you give yourself eight weeks so that you can go through the packs and fully prepare yourself before you arrive.

Payment terms & Funding?
Trade Services offer flexible payment terms and incentives for all of our courses. It might be possible to obtain funding towards the cost of your course.

Can you help me to arrange accommodation?
Trade Services has their own accommodation in the heart of Newquay by the beach.

Will I need a drivers licence?
It is not a requirement of Trade Services but you will be required to organize transport for yourself.

What is the pass rate for the assessments?
City and Guilds requires a minimum pass rate of 65%

I have a criminal record; will it mean that I can't do the course?
Some convictions will not allow you to enroll on our courses but we would speak to you confidentially and deal with this accordingly.

Can I reschedule my training date?
In order for Trade Services to run smoothly our courses are booked in advance so we would need to know any changes within at least six weeks prior to your arrival.

Will I definitely get a job once I have done my training?
Nothing is guaranteed, but the industry for plumbers, plasters. bricklayers and tillers is booming.
